Human Resources Manager

Our Delta client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to cover a 9 month contract. Reporting into Department head, you will be responsible for the HR administration from recruitment to ongoing employee administration. As well as compensation and rewards, health and safety, performance management and labour relations.

Ideally you have a minimum two years of relevant HR experience and a post secondary degree in Human Resources. A CPHR designation is an asset but not mandatory. Working in an Union & Non-Union environment and strong knowledge of Collective Agreements is mandatory.
