Job Description
15-month contract Project Manager role focused on the HRIS transformation of a global enterprise organization.
Our client has made a major shift in how they deliver people solutions to their workforce and as such are looking to add a project manager to their team. In this role you will be working across a multi-year initiative to transform the People & Culture Operating Model which includes multiple workstreams with the most significant being the implementation of a new Shared Service capability. This work will reach every employee in the organization globally and will include process optimization and technology enablement across all P&C capabilities. This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project plans are in place and managed. You value managing risks and dependencies to ensure our teams are set up to deliver successfully and you are excited and motivated by big transformational work with a high degree of complexity and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. In this role you will be accountable for project planning, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budget management, risk management and escalations, and helping the team to achieve project objectives. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in Kitsilano and have hybrid work, 2 days a week in office.

Compensation:
This role pays between $90-100 per hour incorporated.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 5+ years in project management experience working within the HR space
- 4-year degree in HR, Business or equivalent work experience
- Designations or certificates in project management (PMP)
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, technology-enabled, transformational change initiatives with employee experience outcomes
- Deep understanding and application of waterfall and agile practices
- Experience working with Workday (HRIS) and ServiceNow
- Experience working with organizational change management initiatives (e.g. change strategy, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change planning, etc.)
Compensation:
This role pays between $90-100 per hour incorporated.
