The HRIS Analyst provides subject matter expertise for day to day support and development of the HR System (HRIS). Working with teams across HR and Technology, this role is integral in ensuring that the HRIS is optimized in its support of HR business processes, policies and third-party integrations.
 

As an HR Systems Analyst you will…

  • Provides subject matter expertise in the functional configuration of the HCM and other product areas of Workday and provides day to day support
  • Assists end users and HR Business Partners with inquiries investigating and troubleshooting data and business process errors
  • Partners with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday or Kronos functionality.
  • Defines system requirements, researches capabilities, performs configuration and testing prior to implementation of system changes
  • Works closely with other teams supporting HR Systems within the HR and Technology families collaborating on system design, development, and testing
  • Supports end user training by creating and updating Job Aids and assisting in the delivery of facilitated training and demonstrations

The experience we need…

  • 3-4 years Payroll or HR experience
  • Min 3 years HRIS experience in a systems admin or analyst role supporting Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP
  • Knowledge and experience with one Workday product area, preferably HCM, and familiarity or training in a secondary product area
  • Configuration expertise in multiple Workday product areas, strong understanding of Workday cross-functional touchpoints
  • Deep understanding of HRIS security, calculated fields, custom reports
  • Strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, ability to define problems and recommend solutions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel, hands on experience with HRIS configuration, specifically Workday
  • Retail experience is an asset
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or HR

Base pay range

Annual salary: $83,980.00 - $88,400.00
