Progressive, professional services firm in the downtown core as a full-time opportunity for an experienced Help Desk tech to provide support to their busy practice group. Duties will include providing Tier 2 technical support for users of all computer applications and hardware, software and peripherals, maintaining documentation, working with vendor support contacts and ensuring that users can work seamlessly with diverse systems including file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
Candidates for this position must have at least 1-2 years of current help desk support experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong eye for detail , a thorough understanding of Windows and MS Office, excellent troubleshooting skills and strong knowledge of hardware, software, mobile devices, etc.
