Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a member of the marketing team, the Graphic/Digital Designer will be responsible for the art and design of printed and on-screen graphics to create a compelling patient and practitioner experience. The design team will drive graphic excellence through the connection of design and development, and in collaboration with our sales, clients success, product and development teams, will create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate clients. It is a temporary position (18-month contract).

Here's how
    •Enhance our brand reputation and effectively articulate brand positioning through graphic design
    •Translate verbal or written instructions into effective and compelling design pieces
    •Develop bold new, emerging designs, and enhance existing concepts
    •Manage, maintain, and archive graphics files including graphics, tech packs, and trim briefs
    •Understand the UX/UI process and ability to design responsive screens
    •Create, and edit purposeful, on-brand, creative content for publication on social media, email newsletters, advertising platforms, and other mediums
    •Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop ideas and portray concepts in order to advertise products/services
    •Ensure brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
    •Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends by conducting research and updating tools, watching tutorial videos, etc
    •Design offline and online campaigns for B2B/B2C brands across a wide range of marketing materials (brochures, posters, direct mail, websites, landing pages and digital display advertising.)
    •Work independently while executing the team's strategy and design direction of visual materials
    •Maintain familiarity with industry best practices and sees the value in optimization
    •Present designs internally and externally in a clear professional way


Required Professional Designation/Certification:
    •Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (Masters a plus)
    •Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field

Required Experience/Skillset:
    •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
    •Advanced knowledge of design software: Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
    •Comfortable in designing PowerPoint presentations
    •Knowledge of web technologies and capabilities of HTML5 and CSS3 (no coding required)
    •Comfortable working on Mac platform
    •Must have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
    •Have exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
    •Excellent communication skills
    •Must be comfortable designing print and online marketing materials
    •Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects

    •Previous working experience in marketing team - Asset
    •Bilingualism - Asset
