Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a General Manager to lead our AWS Serverless Applications team. Serverless is changing the way companies big and small think about building applications in the cloud. Our goal is to help customers improve their businesses by increasing the speed at which they can innovate while reducing their costs. Serverless architectures allow AWS customers to build event-driven, fault-tolerant, and scalable applications in the cloud without requiring any expertise in infrastructure management. Doing so requires amazing support for both developers and IT professionals. As the GM of Serverless Applications, you will own the product roadmap and engineering that delivers that experience. Are you interested in developer and operator tools - including command line utilities, testing frameworks, and build tools? Love the idea of creating the future of application development workflows for the next million developers? Does offering disruptive agility and cost efficiency excite you? If you are customer obsessed, excited by cloud computing, want to lead from the innovative edge, and have a deep mastery supporting the application lifecycle from development to operations and governance, then join us in making AWS Serverless the best way to build and deliver applications!
As the General Manager, you will own the product roadmap, engineering development, and operations of services that help our customers build applications that use multiple AWS offerings. You will work closely with senior AWS leaders and the leaders of other services such as Lambda, API Gateway, StepFunctions, and EventBridge to deliver innovation and drive improvements that help simplify and improve the way our customers are able to build and manage their Serverless applications.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
