As part of the Finance team supporting a large portfolio under a Group President which includes global business operations, you will join a team which has a wide scope of responsibilities and opportunities, and act a trusted business partner to the AgTech operational area. You will actively participate in projects and initiatives within developing markets contained in a number of our growth areas as well as our expansion into an exciting emerging business.
Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
You will be an integral part of the Finance team and provide consulting services with recently acquired companies. Leveraging your innovative and entrepreneurial approach to influence and implement process enhancements. You will participate in the integration of various companies, and the enhancement of their procedures. As finance support to the emerging markets and new technologies portfolio, you will also have an opportunity to participate and to have a front-row seat on our journey to expand into developing businesses. You will also partner with internal stakeholders, across the organization and internationally, as well as financial professionals, in the consolidation of financial reports.
•Lead and oversee the monthly financial reporting and planning processes for recently acquired companies, including the monthly risks and opportunities analysis and quarterly reporting requirements
•Provide consulting services to help drive profitable growth and to ensure alignment with the overall corporate priorities
•Partner with primes and key stakeholders to participate in the preparation of executive level summary reports and presentations to support decision making
•Progress best practice financial processes and governance framework, continuous improvements and operational efficiencies within the AgTech operational areas
•Partner with primes and key stakeholders to ensure efficient systems process integration Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Recognized as a strong collaborative team player with ability to build strong relationships in a cross-functional team environment
•Known as a self-starter who is willing to "roll up your sleeves", step outside your sandbox when required, and operate nimbly to drive execution/to meet deliverables
•Able to apply innovative and creative ideas and solutions to complex issues, along with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action
•An ability to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in a dynamic, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
•Proven track record with the creation and assessment of complex financial reports
•Acknowledged for strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
•Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
•Valued for your 5-7 years of relevant experience in a large and complex organization Great-to-haves
•Exceptional in-depth Microsoft (MS) Excel and PowerPoint skills
