Under the supervision of the team leader, the ideal candidate will offer exceptional technical support to all of our clients. The candidate will act as a frontline technical representative and will offer exceptional customer service.
•Troubleshooting computers, cash registers and point-of-sale systems
• Installing, modifying and updating the hardware
•Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues
•Offering exceptional customer service
•Managing hardware inventory according to Moneris' policies and standards
•Working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekendsWhat you bring
•Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and network equipment (router and switch)
•High school degree in a relevant technical field
•Experience and significant skills in offering exceptional customer service
•Excellent interpersonal skills, which include the ability to be a team player and to adapt to various environments
•Ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken, along with basic communications skills in EnglishWhat you get
