Job Specifications

Wage: $20 / hour
Must be available to work during our peak holiday seasons or minimum 1 full shift a fortnight
Retail & Rental Outlets: Fairmont Rentals, Can Ski Westin, Summit Sports
Food & Beverage Outlets: Rendezvous Ridge Restaurant, Roundhouse Lodge
Shift type: Holiday Help (Peak Season)

Job Responsibilities

Assist departments as needed, including food and beverage and retail and rental
Answer guest questions by becoming a resort operations and services expert

Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
Commit to guest satisfaction and assume responsibility for guest care and solving problems
Clearing and shoveling snow may be a part of your role
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Willingness to work 50-100 hours a season
Ability to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy
Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time
Previous guest service experience preferred
Skiing/Snowboarding ability an asset
Must be able to lift 50lbs
