As the Executive Assistant supporting the President, Smart Security & Automation and Senior Vice President, Home Solutions, you will be the consummate trusted partner who ensures the executive has the right information and resources at the right time at the right place, in addition to providing support on highly confidential matters. No one else understands your executive like you do. You're also at the center of a large, busy network hub where you artfully and efficiently guide information flow and exchange. No matter what, you're always poised for anything, get it done, and enable others to be successful.

Here's how

Providing executive level business operations support by:
    •Advancing the use of digital collaboration tools to enhance the engagement of the wider team •Anticipating the needs of the executive by ensuring they are in the right place, at the right time, and for the right reasons •Understanding the priorities and objectives of the business to provide briefings to the executive on a daily, weekly or monthly basis •Proactively managing the calendar including booking travel arrangements •Gathering, coordinating and/or preparing the necessary information, materials and resources for meetings and events •Ensuring the proper management and approval of individual and corporate expenses, and managing budget reports as required

Engaging & Collaborative Partner:
    •Serve as a brand ambassador for Smart Security & Automation and provide a best-in-class experience for those interacting with the office of the President •Enhance a strong team culture with your positive attitude and natural tendency to help others achieve success in their endeavors •Respond in a clear, simple and efficient manner to internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle

You are likely in a similar position today, as office manager or executive assistant to an SVP or President, and have many of the characteristics and experience points below. You are:
    •Known to have exceptional organizational skills and unparalleled attention to detail •Respected for your strong judgement skills and unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality •Recognized as an exceptional communicator who is collaborative and always displays professionalism •Noted for your uncanny ability to anticipate needs or issues, and create solutions to address them •Regarded as highly adaptable, agile and poised when faced with change, ambiguity, and competing priorities •Acknowledged to have a continuous learning and process improvement mindset •Depended upon for your advanced capabilities with Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Google suite of products and other online tools including Google Meet and WebEx •Sought out for your 7 or more years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a large, corporate environment •Appreciated for your flexibility to be available outside of normal work hours to provide support on urgent matters or to meet tight deadlines

Great-to-haves
    •Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Arts, focus on Communications and/or Marketing •Familiarity with SAP and Google suite •Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken, is an asset
