As our Executive Assistant, you will be acting as a partner for our super busy CEO, Greg, and working in tandem with another executive assistant to keep him on track. This role would be focusing primarily on the duties needing to keep Greg, coordinated and productive on Traction on Demand business. We run a lean ship, and this role is no exception. Trustworthiness is key. Discretion, creativity and detail orientation all are qualities we are looking for.

Skills

  • 5+ years' experience working with executives
  • Balance of assertiveness and warmth
  • Access to a car and a valid driver's license
  • Microsoft Office maven
  • An eye for detail and a master of time management
  • The aptitude to become a cultural ambassador for the CEO

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage CEO travel bookings & logistics
  • Manage CEO calendar - bookings, agendas, prep material and follow-up actions
  • Manage and reconcile CEO business expenses
  • Manage CEO's contact data: ensure it is clean and accessible
  • Support CEO cultural engagements, special events and meetings, both internal and external
  • Support CEO in documentation and presentation support
  • Support miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Office maintenance: ensure CEO areas are showcased and inventoried
