The Opportunity: ERP Manager

The ERP Manager will support North American and international operations for Kalesnikoff’s sawmill and mass timber products. This position will be responsible for managing the full implementation of the Epicor ERP system as well as for system administration and reporting. The initial focus of this role will be to lead phase two of their ERP roll out, focused on manufacturing and maintenance in a made-to-order mass timber production facility. This will require an in-depth analysis of current production methods to map out business processes that will be customized into the ERP platform. Alongside this effort, some refinements to the phase one implementation are likely required to optimize the system. In the medium to long-term, the focus of this role will be to implement new modules to enhance operations, refine existing modules, and potentially move Kalesnikoff’s sawmill company to the ERP platform as well.

 

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Post secondary education with a focus in Computer Science and/or Information Systems;
  • Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and improving ERP solutions (ideally Epicor ERP);
  • Experience leading ERP’s within an manufacturing environment;
  • Ability to manage systems and data administration;
  • Experience with SQL;
  • Collaborative communication style with an ability to engage business stakeholders effectively;
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
