The Opportunity

Due to growth and internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity for an End User Support Manager to join our ITS team. The role is located onsite, in our downtown Vancouver office. The End User Support Manager will primarily be accountable for the management of a team of Support Analysts and responsible for the delivery of Tier 1 & 2 IT Support services, to local GVA offices and nationally, using our remote support options.

This is an Onsite position which requires 100% office presence.

What you will do

  • Deliver IT Support internally to our users and meet our SLAs.
  • Manage the IT desktop asset life cycle and accounting for all assets, including dispatching and disposing.
  • Responsible for representing ITS in the GVA and maintaining healthy relationships with the Firm Leadership.
  • Provide budget and business plan input and deliver Performance Management to the Support Analysts.

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum of 10 years IT Support experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
  • Degree in Technology and/or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of M365 (Teams, One Drive) , Windows 10, and ServiceNow
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills and analytical ability.
  • Solid organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts within the 8:00am-6:00pm, PST timeframe.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and statutory holidays when required.
  • Flexibility to work onsite 5 days a week
