About the team:

This Virtual Customer Engagement Practice (VCEP) is a team that drives a global, outcomes focused CE&X Front Engagement model to drive customer success at scale in the digital segment of cusotmers. We have two distinct motions: Proactive Virtual Customer Success Partner (vCSP) outreach & Tech Touch. This organization is growing quickly across our global centers. The vCSP role act as generalists across all SAP Solution Areas for our Digital Accounts.

The VCEP is looking for an Employee Enablement and Engagement Specialist. The Employee Enablement and Engagement Specialist will work with the Global VCEP leadership team in pursuit of driving a new hire vCSP onboarding program, ongoing enablement program, and employee engagement programs like gamification. The Employee Enablement and Engagement specialist is responsible for program design and delivery, ownership of online learning platform; knowledge management; enablement coordination, and gamification design and roll-out. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all members of the VCEP have the tools, resources and skills to drive customer success at scale and drive positive customer outcomes aligned to the CE&X vision. This role will represent the needs of our organization with the CE&X Employee Skills and Performance team.

Role Responsibilities
  • Viewed as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor by the VCEP and CE&X organization and key enablement stakeholders
  • New hire onboarding program ownership
  • Ongoing VCEP employee enablement program design and delivery
  • Active alignment and collaboration with CE&X skills and performance team
  • Coordination of Enablement sessions for all global regions
  • Design, delivery and measurement of enablement and engagement programs
  • Alignment with VCEP leadership team
  • Enablement content coordination
  • Internal communications - regular updates to VCEP and stakeholders
  • Work with both external and internal CE&X resources align on enablement plan
  • Evangelize the VCEP and our digital approach to internal stakeholders as it relates to our pursuit of delivering customer success at scale.

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies; demonstrable experience with customer success enablement concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with vCSP and VCEP management.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at project and change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Successfully accomplishes responsibilities with minimal direction or oversight
  • Develop and lead the successful execution of enablement programs to ensure internal and external customers and partners are equipped with content, resources, tools and training to effectively drive Customer Success at Scale
  • Collaborate with CE&X Skills and performance team to identify and develop core vCSP training and enablement curriculum, customized regionally as needed, for various internal audiences.
  • Ensure alignment of VCEP enablement activities with key internal events, such as new solution coverage, product releases, campaigns, and CE&X Programs.
  • Manage and drive online, self-paced on-boarding and result-driven continuous learning.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement investments and the programs conducted.
  • Determine opportunities for improving the learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery.

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, or a related field of study
