Here's a few examples:
You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don't we'll pick it up

Duties & Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Training drivers on delivering vehicles to create an enjoyable Canada Drives buyer experience
  • Ensuring the driver is confident and knowledgeable with all customer interactions
  • Maintain quality assurance for each driver's customer service skills and script knowledge
  • Training drivers on building rapport with customers
  • Training drivers on Slack/Salesforce communication
  • Recruiting and interviewing new drivers
  • Training drivers on documentation processed during delivery/pickup
  • Monitoring the drivers NSC documentation (HOS and pre-trips)
  • Providing continual support and feedback to the delivery fleet
  • Monitoring the driving ability of each driver

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership experience managing direct reports
  • Experience in driving strongly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work at all levels to support departmental goals
  • Ability to motivate a diverse work-group
  • Attention to detail.
