We are currently looking for a Document Administratorto join our team inSurrey, BC on a 6 month contract basis. This is an entry level role where you will assist with producing and updating detailed benefit booklets for employees on New Groups and Existing groups with accuracy and timeliness. Please note that this is a 6 month contract opportunity. This role will be remote to start, with flexibility to split time between the office and home in the future.

Outcomes:

  • Able to update existing clients’ booklets with changes
  • Produce booklets for current groups migrating to new platform
  • Identify a raving fan of your work within 90 days of hire
  • Solid understanding of responsibility in the role within 1 month
  • Clear understanding of applicable SLA’s within 1 month
  • Follow and understand business processes with CRM within 1 month
  • Able to update existing clients’ booklets with changes within 1 month


Responsibilities
  • Creates, edits and maintains group benefit plan booklets ensuring the highest level of accuracy
  • Works within defined SLA’s to deliver a WOW! Experience to our clients
  • Assists in peer review for quality assurance
  • Preparation of booklets for delivery by punching and binding booklets
  • Posting booklets to online system for client and member access
  • Preparing employee packages and labels for packages
  • Work with partners for review and collaboration of booklet wording
  • Work with insurance carriers for approval of exceptional wording
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager


Education & Experience
  • Proficient in Word a preference an asset
  • Experience with a CRM system an asset


Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Handle repetition and constantly changing high demands
