Participates in and provides leadership within the Northeast Health Service Delivery Area (NEHSDA) for the development, implementation and evaluation of local, and NEHSDA Acute Health Care. This includes resource and program planning, service and human resource integration and monitoring and evaluation of these activity outcomes. Works cooperatively with medical staff, the senior management team and other key stakeholders to meet NHA and NEHSDA goals, benchmarks and Excellence in Rural Health. Represents Northeast Acute Care Services to the community, other health care agencies, government departments and professional organizations as opportunities occur.

Starting salary will be approximately from $116,591 to $145,739 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Master's degree in health administration or a related discipline along with a degree in nursing and at least five (5) years experience in a leadership position responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of operational and strategic plans or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eligibility for registration with BCCNM is required.
