Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us manage our online marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a passion for technology, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Create and optimize content for the website and social media platforms to increase engagement and drive traffic.
Manage the company's online presence and brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are competitive.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website analytics tools.
Understanding of marketing automation tools.
Experience in the web design and development industry.
