Location: Remote - Canada Wide

Role Overview
Microserve is looking for a Digital Demand Marketing Specialist to help accelerate pipeline growth by generating and nurturing high quality leads for our sales teams across BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. This role is critical to fueling territory growth through data-driven digital campaigns, website optimization, and full funnel lead nurturing aligned to complex B2B IT buying cycles, with a focus on private sector, mid-market customer segments.
You will own the execution and optimization of digital demand programs that convert interest into sales-ready opportunities, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Web Developer and SEO specialist, Copywriter, Sales and Sales Ops and Services teams to identify new targets and craft compelling value propositions that increases inbound qualified leads on all digital channels by positioning Microserve as trusted leader in IT solutions for Western Canada.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing performance, technology, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for sales territories

Manage paid media programs across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display, and retargeting

Support partner-funded campaigns (MDF) with OEMs and ISVs in the IT ecosystem
Website & Conversion Optimization

Work with the web developer and SEO specialist to optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and lead quality

Partner with web developer and SEO specialist, copywriter and sale enablement team to align messaging to IT buyer personas and solutions
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Management

Build and manage automated nurture programs to guide prospects through long B2B buying cycles

Collaborate with Sales to align on MQL, SQL, and handoff criteria

Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion through segmentation, scoring, and workflow optimization
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards

Report on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI

Continuously test and refine digital campaigns based on performance insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Solutions teams to align digital campaigns with go-to-market priorities
Qualifications & Experience:
Required
-
3–6 years' experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing

B2B experience, preferably in IT services, technology, SaaS, or MSP environments

Hands-on experience with:

HubSpot or Salesforce
-
Google Analytics
-
Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
-
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact
Preferred

Proven expertise in driving pipeline growth for IT solutions and services within Private and Public sector organizations

Experienced in marketing complex or technical solutions (cloud, infrastructure, security, modern workplace, data center, etc.)

Familiarity with partner marketing / MDF-funded campaigns

Understanding of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder B2B buying journeys

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns

Compensation: In accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act the range for this role for BC residents is $65,000 - $80,000 annually. Please note, while the pay range of the role is listed here, this position’s salary is non-negotiable based on geographical market. Your exact salary is determined based on a combination of your relevant experience, skill, competencies, and internal pay equity.
