Position Overview:Reporting to the Team Lead CSCR, Customer Support, this position is responsible for providing call direction services for both internal and external customers and supporting the facilities 24/7/365.

Job Description:
Major Job Functions:
  • Call redirection - Answer call, determine caller needs, use corporate directory or branch webpage to accurately transfer call
  • Incident reporting -Transcribe details of called in incident, contact EH&S, coordinate GM participation, create conference call, send out documentation)
  • Severe weather - monitor weather update sites, determine affected area, send email to appropriate personnel
  • Person check/SPOT - take employee call, complete webform to begin employee monitoring, set up reminder schedule, monitor schedule for late check ins, manage missed check in process including escalation to Gm level if required.
  • Service Rework - transcribe call into report, submit report
  • Service letters - login to SIS, navigate to Service Letter portal, create PDF of designated Letter, store on internal server
  • Service Magazines - login to SIS, navigate to Service Magazine portal, create PDF of designated Magazine, store on internal server
  • Literature after hours - monitor public folder for requests, log in to Midland ordering portal, search for request, match order number, description and quantity to request, create order
  • Corporate directory updates - Sign into FINBRP to update locals and other numbers in the corporate directory


Qualifications:
  • Previous contact center experience would be considered an asset
  • Minimum grade 12
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple concurrent activities
  • Supportive team player
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
