We are looking for someone who can provide “WOW!” customer service to everyone who interacts with VitaminLab. We want someone who wants to not only meet customer expectations but exceed them. Someone who can turn a curious inquirer into a raving VitaminLab evangelist.
This dedicated and talented Customer Success Associate at the main HQ who can take ownership of the customer experience portfolio and help ensure that we serve our customers in a fast and efficient manner. The individual will be responsible for helping develop and modify the customer experience process, work with customers on a day-to-day basis, and eventually grow into a leadership role in the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, with previous customer service experience. They will have experience in a start-up or fast-growing company.
