The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can provide “WOW!” customer service to everyone who interacts with VitaminLab. We want someone who wants to not only meet customer expectations but exceed them. Someone who can turn a curious inquirer into a raving VitaminLab evangelist.

This dedicated and talented Customer Success Associate at the main HQ who can take ownership of the customer experience portfolio and help ensure that we serve our customers in a fast and efficient manner. The individual will be responsible for helping develop and modify the customer experience process, work with customers on a day-to-day basis, and eventually grow into a leadership role in the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with previous customer service experience. They will have experience in a start-up or fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and through an online platform.
  • Learn, understand, and utilize client processes and procedures related to resolving customer issues
  • Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
  • Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call
  • Enters data from customers into various software programs
  • Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries and turn them into evangelists
  • Promote and offer products and services by consulting, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs
  • Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Exercise retention efforts when appropriate

A Bit About You

  • Personable, but also assertive, able to work well with people to “get stuff done”
  • A highly motivated, goal oriented, self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
  • You are familiar with the health and wellness or pharmaceutical industry
  • Your have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage customers
  • You cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • You are a team player with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products, email, and database software
  • You have an undergraduate degree or college diploma

Compensation

Experience-based compensation and a monthly health spending allowance.
