AlgaeCal Inc, an online nutritional supplement company, is one of Canada’s fastest growing companies! Why the growth? Bone scans show we are actually taking older adults with low bone density and helping them increase their density numbers year after year, and we need help spreading the word. That’s where you come in!
What Will You Do?
Once you are trained as a customer service representative (or as we call it, a “Bone Health Consultant”), we are going to trust you with one of our company's greatest assets... our customers and prospective customers!
You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from prospects who have visited our website, have seen our marketing materials, and have questions. Your mission will be to understand their unique circumstances, educate them on their options, and get them started with products which will become that turning point in their life we talked about earlier!
When the phones are less busy, you will catch up on email inquiries, put together information packages, call back any missed calls, and many other miscellaneous tasks.
You will receive continual training on the subject of bone loss, product knowledge, sales techniques, and what it means to go above and beyond in serving our dear customers.

What Will You Earn?
Starting salary for the Bone Health Consultant position is $40,000 and can range up to $42,000 depending on your past experience, background knowledge and general level of expertise.
