Customer Care Sales eLead Coordinator 

Looking for a great opportunity to work in Canada's largest Automotive Group?

Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking for a Customer Care Sales eLead Coordinator with a desire to establish a career with a first class organization.  Applicants' primary goal is to assist and support the Sales Departments in achieving lifetime customer loyalty to Dealerships, and by increasing appointments, sales and customer retention. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Actively respond to incoming electronic vehicle inquiries
  • Schedule test-drive appointments for the Group Dealerships
  • Perform follow-up calls to schedule vehicle test-drive appointments
  • Perform follow-up calls to schedule dealership visits for vehicle purchase
  • Perform outbound calls to invite customers/prospects to dealership Vehicle Sales Events
  • Participate in the administration of the ‘second-delivery’ program
  • Follow-up with Sales Department customers within a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints


  • Strong attention to detail, strong organization skills, and must be able to effectively multi-task.
  • Self-efficient, organized and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • CDK and 180 experience an asset but not required
  • A second language in speaking fluently in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an asset
  • Automotive experience would be a definite asset
