Controller
Coquitlam, BC | Hybrid
$130,000 – $140,000 Base + 20% Bonus
My client, a well-established and growing multi-entity organization operating across Western Canada, is seeking a high-calibre Controller to join their leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls. You will play a key role in scaling processes and supporting continued growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:-
CPA designation required

Experience in both public practice and industry
-
5+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
-
Strong operational accounting background (month-end, financial statements, consolidations)
-
Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting experience
-
ERP experience (MS Dynamics or similar preferred)

Proven leadership managing teams
-
Job costing experience is considered an asset
This is a growth-oriented role for someone who enjoys building structure, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic decision-making.
