JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • You will be the first line of support for all company clients/users
  • Provide end user support for desktop, operating systems, Microsoft server and LAN/WAN network related issues
  • Solve a wide range of issues and requests focusing on areas such as virtualization, advanced networking and Linux server management
  • Provide project support for office moves, cloud migrations, and consulting audits.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Providing great customer service via phone and email
  • Troubleshooting problems and knowing when to escalate
  • 2+ years of IT helpdesk/support experience
  • A diploma, certification, or undergraduate degree in a technology-related field
  • Implementation and Troubleshooting experience with Windows 7/10, Office 365, macOS
  • Experience with Google Apps and iOS/Android is an asset
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Windows Server 2012/16
    • Creating AD accounts
    • Managing Exchange mailboxes
    • Resolving system issues
    • Understanding of basic networking concepts

 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

 

  • $40,000 - $50,000

  • Up to $1k towards professional training and certification
  • Company-paid mobile phone plan
