We are currently looking for aClient Service Representativeto join our team inSurrey, BC.The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional client service in the administration and processing of benefit enrollment changes and supporting the Client Service Leads with managing their block of partners and accounts.

Outcomes

Within 30 Days
  • Complete CRM and WEBS basic training


Within 60 Days
  • Review Benefits 101 and product presentations with client Service Lead
  • Builds and supports teamwork within your assigned pod


Within 90 Days
  • Review and understand multi carrier eligibility guidelines
  • Ability to produce accurate/timely WEBS billings for a block of clients
  • Confidently work within our internal systems WEBS and CRM and able to train clients on external use of WEBS
  • Steady progress on training tracker month over month with sign off on each requirement that falls
  • Completion of Group Life and Health Primer course (4 courses)
  • Consistent achievement of reaching a target SLA of 90% and developing promoters of GroupHEALTH
  • Identify a raving fan of your WOW! service


In addition to joining a team that is focused on delivering the "WOW!" factor daily (while enjoying weekly yoga stretches, lunchtime walks, our Happy Friday program, and lots of cake!), yourKey Responsibilitieswill include:
  • Analyzing and managing enrolment changes in WEBS daily including OneCARDS
  • Responding to and collaborate with partner, carrier and client by email, letter or phone
  • Educating clients on multi carrier guidelines
  • Handle non-complex claim and coverage inquiries as well as investigate claims and export errors as they relate to enrolment data
  • Perform non-complex plan design amendments (no pricing implications) for existing clients by collecting necessary information, preparation of ARF and coordination with departments and carriers
  • Prepare claims experience reports (as available in WEBS)
  • Handling booklet requests, changes, inserts
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Client Services Lead and Management


The Must-Haves
  • Client centric attitude and willingness to learn while getting the job done
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all facets of job
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while ensuring delivery of the WOW factor.


Education & Experience
  • 1-3 years of Customer service experience in an office environment an asset
  • Experience in payroll/benefits administration role is an asset but not required
  • GBA designation or working towards is an asset
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel is an asset
  • Employee must complete the CEBS Primer course within 6 months of employment paid by the Employer
  • French Bilingual considered an asset
