A day in the life: - Feasibility reports;
- Grading & earthworks calculations;
- Preliminary and Detailed Design of civil roadworks, water supply systems, sanitary sewers, and stormwater systems, stormwater management and erosion & sediment control during construction;
- Writing design reports;
- Construction services including site inspection and contract administration;
- Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D on projects from concept to completion;
- Attending design & site meetings with clients, consultants and contractors;
- Performing site inspections & investigations;
- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring to WSP ... - An undergraduate degree in civil engineering from an accredited university;
- 1-3 years of experience in a consulting environment on municipal design projects;
- Eligibility for registration with EGBC;
- Previous experience in customer service and report writing is an asset;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D and municipal infrastructure modelling software is an asset;
- High attention to detail, highly motivated and enthusiastic team player;
- Capable of working independently;
- A driver's license and vehicle for work use.
Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $53 900 - $91 700
