Today, we are looking for a passionate Call Agent to join our fun and talented Customer Success Department. This role will report into the Call Agent Supervisor. Please note this is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension.
So, what will you do?
Answer calls with professionalism and tact. You are able to stay cool under pressure and answer question based on company guidelines and common sense.
Your communication skills are superb and you enjoy talking to customers and helping them with inquiries.
You handle fluctuating call volumes from our customers.
You provide high quality, responsive, and empathetic service.
Other duties as assigned.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
Willing to commit to a Friday - Tuesday schedule and some overtime.
Superb verbal and written communication skills; excellent grammar, vocabulary, syntax.
Previous experience in a Call Center environment preferred
Preference will be given to candidates fluent in other languages.
Working knowledge of Windows Operating System and various internet browsers.
High attention to detail.
Great sense of humor
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in order to meet required email response times.
Ability to adjust to fluctuating workflow on a daily basis.
Ability to work with little direction or oversight.
Ability to communicate with the appropriate tone based on the reported issue and the level of frustration expressed by the customer.
Successfully complete initial training, as well as any new product or ongoing training and score acceptably on job related testing assessments.
