You're a strategic thinker with a knack for capturing business insights and applying them to learning, leadership and organizational development programs for TELUS' Wireline DevOps. This industry award winning team delivers next-generation technology roadmap and best-in-class network. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive key strategic and transformational initiatives. •Analyze user stories/business requirements to (1) determine impacts to existing modules and interfaces and (2) identify new integrations that need to be built and delivered
•Generate detailed assessments and estimates outlining scope, assumptions, risks and effort necessary for planning and supplying project resource needs and team resource forecasting
•Manage delivery of operations reporting
•Design web service interfaces and produce API specifications detailing the service operations supported and structure of the request/response fields, types and conditions of each service operation
•Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical cross functional teams to facilitate meetings and work items that are needed for the creation of SAP capabilities and services
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, technical SMEs and vendors throughout delivery cycles to achieve best business outcomes
•Develop and implement IT business information solutions
•Develop SAP project systems technical requirements and solutions for teams
•Develop and document process and workflow solutions
•Develop and code automation solutions
•Drive operational excellence though identify, baseline, track and improve continuously on operational KPI and metrics
•Participate production issue resolution when required
•Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate Features and Capabilities
•Mentor and develop the team and leaders on Lean-Agile Mindset Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Experience identifying and implementing process changes and improvements
•Collaborative relationship builder who brings together cross-functional groups & gains consensus
•Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, systems, KPIs and controls
•Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze large, complex data sets to convert into insights to drive business decisions
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel, Access & PowerPoint
•Exceptional written, and presentation skills
•3+ years in a similar role with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
•University degree preferably in Business Administration, Mathematics or Engineering Great-to-haves
•SAP experience strong asset (PS, MM) ABAP Certification
•Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Certification
•Appreciated for your ability to transform dynamic teams supporting large-scale and highly complex solutions to adapt to SAFe® framework
•Previous experience leading a Dev Ops in an enterprise environment team is an asset
•Lean - Six Sigma Certification
•Programming in Python, R, Java experience Required
•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field or equivalent work experience
•Minimum 3 years of direct work experience with the SAP development tool set
•Programming/coding experience of 3-5 years
•Exposure to the broad set of SAP solutions including Ecommerce, ECC, S4 HANA, SAP PO, Fiori, CRM, e-commerce integration, SAP Gateway Who is TELUS?
