The Field Enablement team is responsible for the systems involved in scheduling and dispatch of Field Technicians, and Network Engineers.

We support a variety of stakeholders across Canada, continuing to evolve our system leveraging a variety of vendor and custom applications. We are forward-thinking and therefore the challenges we face excite us as we continue to enable how we do work more efficiently and productively.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving the quality and delivery of projects for Field Enablement. Your strong foundation in software development, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies will help you gain insight into the future of TELUS and what that means for our customers. You'll leverage various stakeholders including leaders, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors and internal team members to enable technical leadership within the team to deliver on our ambitious goals.

Here's how
    •Own, drive & deliver projects and initiatives for a variety of stakeholder groups across TELUS •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elicit, create & refine user stories for the team •Partner with portfolio architects, systems analysts & developers to identify and assess effort to deliver projects •Working with Quality Assurance (QA) and the business on test plans and expected results •Develop subject matter expertise to help guide the business and technical teams


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •4+ years of working experience in an technical capacity with a solid track record of full lifecycle project delivery •University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent working experience •Regarded as an effective practitioner of Agile who works well with people •Thrive under pressure and while multitasking in a fast paced environment •Appreciated for your curiosity and willingness to learn •Known for your excellent communication skills including your confidence in engaging a broad set of stakeholders, including senior leadership

Great-to-haves
    •Previous Click Schedule project/product working knowledge is a huge plus •Knowledge of workforce management & scheduling domain •Previous experience in the telecommunications industry •Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ® ) certification
