    •You're a strategic thinker with a knack for capturing business insights and applying them to operational excellence in automated environments. This team of highly technical individuals will be dependent on your ability to aggregate technical and business activities into meaningful outcomes. •As an expert in the field, you'll manage the delivery of services requests, while driving key initiatives at both a team and a corporate level. •As a trusted adviser and partner to the technology leaders, you will serve as a key liaison between Development, Architecture and Operations teams. You will develop letters of expectation, communicate deliverables and provide guidance. You will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business needs. •As an analyst, you will review, define, analyze and evaluate technical and business requirements then translate into detailed documentation.

    •Lead, mentor and be accountable for teams in planning, design, testing shared services •Assist in project charter development, proof of concept testing, analysis and detail project planning •Peer reviews, mentoring, communications with team manager and business unit stakeholders and/or external customer •Manage and maintain relationships with customers •Strategic thinking, turning business ideas into business outcomes


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •You are comfortable working in an Agile environment as a power user or admin of JIRA, Confluence and Slack •You are known to be a strong team player with an interest in taking on new challenges and are proficient working in fast-paced dynamic environments •You are seen as a self-starter, motivated to drive effective decisions when it comes to developing and implementing solutions to complex problems •You are sought out for your excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner •You have a solid understanding of SaaS based solutions and cloud technologies •Any education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems will be an asset
    •Project Management •Experience in technologies and delivery best practices in AWS or GCP •Functional team leadership experience •Experience in LEAN or Six Sigma
