Babylon by TELUS Health is a mobile app and service, which revolutionizes how Canadians can access healthcare. It allows users to check symptoms, see a doctor and easily access their clinical records all through a smartphone.
As Business Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in building an industry-leading process engine to enable our global Clinical Operations. You'll be scaling manual processes that are essential in managing care for our members, such as referrals, blood tests and follow-up appointments.Here's how
•Partner with stakeholders within Clinical Operations to identify priority processes for improvement / automation, including quantifying the potential benefitQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Engage in requirements gathering and process mapping workshops to accurately map the as-is and to-be processes
•Translate these processes with pinpoint accuracy and attention to detail into standard BPMN process maps, and build these out using Camunda and our internal workflows platform
•Liaise between the Workflows, RPA and integrations teams to automate key steps of the process
•Use data from the Workflow tool to identify continuous improvement opportunities
•Work across a number of processes simultaneously, balancing risks, issues and dependencies to ensure deadlines are hit
