Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Business and Technical Reporting Specialist to join our Information Security Department. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making. This position will collaborate closely with senior managers and executives to deliver insightful reports on data, statistics, analysis, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and other critical metrics.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business to understand organizational strategic goals and objectives.
  • Create visually compelling and actionable reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
  • Build reporting materials in alignment with directions, needs and expectations of senior managers and executives.
  • Develop interactive dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks for OKRs, KRIs, KPIs, and other performance metrics in accordance with Enterprise requirements.
  • Effectively use Automation and Integration principles for automated data sourcing, update, and maintenance of the developed reports.
  • Ensure reported data and metrics are accurate, relevant, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes.
  • Implement solutions to streamline reporting workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting tools and data sourcing.
  • Coach and educate team members on data visualization, reporting principles, and efficient use of reports as presentation tools.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting and data visualization, preferably in a cybersecurity or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment with senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of principles of data classification, data protection, data governance, compliance and reporting best practices.
  • Certification in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen diligence.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA).
  • Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights and translate technical details into clear and concise documentation.
  • Understanding of database data storage, access, and reporting tools integration.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and cryptography concepts, such as encryption, data protection, and secure communication.
  • Experience with integration of reporting with databases, e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DB2 is a Plus.
  • Experience in Financial Industry is a Plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain medium to longer term focus required by elevated level of complexity in reporting build and support process and/or analysis function.
