As a member of the Business Development team, the Business Development Specialist, will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to draft, negotiate and review various business development agreements including material transfer agreements (MTAs) and confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs). The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. - Draft, negotiate, and review business development agreements, primarily focusing on MTAs and CDAs and growing into more complex agreements
- Build strong relationships with current and potential business partners
- Support administrative operations for the Business Development team
- Manage executed agreements
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in the life sciences
- Previous experience with contract drafting, editing, and negotiation
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
