Within the Technology Strategy and Business Transformation (TSBT) business unit, the Wireless Program Management Office is at the forefront of our 5G radio access network build. This journey involves building our network efficiently (cost & time) while managing integrated processes. Our success depends on managing the best information (through automation and visualization) to improve the speed with which we make decisions.

We are seeking a team member with excellent analytical and data management skills to help create those insights, automated reporting with ongoing improvements.

As a Business Consultant, you will be part of a high profile portfolio and report to the Manager, Technology Strategy (Capital Investments).
Specifically, you will apply your extensive knowledge to manage our capital plans & programs leveraging your data expertise to improve how we manage our programs and investments.

Here's how
    •Lead the automation of our complex data sets (aligning investments, assets/networks and build plans) with integrated reporting and analytics •Collaborate with the systems development team to evolve business rules for our planning tools •Built unit-cost models that provide multi-dimensional views and trend analyses •Transform how we manage our investments to better link to business outcomes •Support the integration of our capital and build programs into a single view •Support our internal and external audits to ensure we leverage best practices


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with experience in data modelling •Proven ability to analyze and translate large volumes of data into clear findings •Experience in presenting results with automated reporting •You connect the dots, see the big picture, and know how to report multi-dimensional data •Excellent time management, organizational effectiveness and attention to detail •Work effectively as part of a team and independently to meet agreed-upon deadlines •Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment •Embrace agile thinking and ways of working to be flexible and adaptable •5-7 years of experience with business/data analysis or performance analysis •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or relatable

Great-to-haves
    •Master Degree in Business is an asset •Extensive database knowledge and experience with establishing ETL procedures and data marts •Telecommunication industry experience is an asset
