What YOU Will Do:
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Consultant to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team for TELUS Business Solutions. Reporting to the Manager of PMO for New Products & Services Introduction (NPSI), this position is responsible for leading service development and launching readiness for new products and services for business solutions.
As a key member of this dynamic new team, you will lead service process design and quality assurance across a prioritized project of significant size and scope focused on developing value chain strategies that deliver an amazing customer experience. You will collaborate across the business to deliver current and next generation solutions that will help to differentiate TELUS from our competition across all business segments. In this role, you will work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and create processes to order, fulfill, install and assure new products and services while overseeing a superior customer experience.
•Champion in strategic transformation projects including customer experience and process re-engineering, taking ownership of multiple process focused projects
•Lead national, cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, design, implement, and execute our strategy to deliver differentiated solutions, and an exemplary customer experience
•Provide expert-level methodology guidance and direction to business analysts, stakeholders and project team
•Examine and diagram business processes and evaluate, model, and re-engineer processes
•Lead and facilitate effective process design or re-design solutioning sessions with broad stakeholder groups keeping them engaged throughout each project's design and roll out, develop detailed process maps in support of the recommended strategy
•Manage process development through project lifecycle, provide implementation support to cross-functional teams, and liaise with readiness teams to ensure readiness is complete across all TELUS business stakeholder groups Qualifications:Your ideal profile includes:
•Knowledge of service development processes and/or operational readiness in marketing, sales or fields, and call/contact centers with an excellent understanding of Hybrid: Waterfall + Agile project processes, and end-to-end value chain development and delivery
•Expert knowledge in integrated service and system development, inter-operability and quality control testing models
•Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills; confidently presents ideas to senior leaders Professional Designation & Experience:
•Post-secondary degree in Business, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
•Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification, project management courses, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
•7+ years of progressive experience in order-to-delivery and account life cycle process development
•Strong technology/telecommunication and strategic leadership background Who is TELUS?
