You are passionate about leading change and driving results through process improvements demonstrated by your use of innovative project management and problem solving techniques. Actively contributing as part of a highly engaged team, you will identify, own and implement initiatives that improve operational processes all the way through sustained benefits realization to increase quality and value. As a self-starter with an engaging leadership style, solid influencing and facilitation skills, you will be able to quickly develop relationships across the organization while contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment.

What you will do in this role:
    •Analyze and deconstruct complex business problems into manageable process improvement projects or programs •Lead 3 to 4 concurrent projects to improve operational processes resulting in financial savings, increased revenue and/or customer experience improvements •Govern complex programs that include executive level governance, project streams coordination, business resource allocation and project management leadership •Facilitate large cross-functional process improvement workshops •Partner and act as a resource to business units in executing process improvement projects •Analyze process metrics and calculate costs of poor quality to develop baseline metrics of success to show project benefits to senior leadership •With your focus on positive relationship building, you have a real passion for sharing knowledge and expertise to support the objectives and development of other team members


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •7+ years of hands-on experience in delivering sustainable projects and process improvements in a cross-functional environment •Have a passion for change are excited about sharing it; you accept ambiguity and learning new things •Be an energetic self-starter in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment •You are a results-driven achiever who is able to inspire team members to continuously improve •Proven project leadership with the ability to influence, facilitate and quantify business results at any level

Great-to-haves
    •Experience developing and delivering training programs •Experience with Design Thinking •Experience with problem solving methodologies Own.it/GE WorkOut, Lean Six Sigma, VSM and other innovative toolsets •Experience with change management methods to prepare, manage and sustain change
