This role sits at the center of TELUS Customer Service Excellence strategy. The individual is responsible for supporting critical business planning, strategy development & key high priority strategic programs that are focused on improving customer experience, lowering costs & driving value generation.

Your proficiency with Google Suite, complemented by your customized storytelling ability, for all levels of audiences, draws strong admiration. You have a natural ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into simple. As the successful candidate, you have diverse and broad skills, and are flexible in nature, as you will support various initiatives within the overall Strategy & Enablement team.

    •Strategy prioritization: you will proactively seek to understand strategic priorities and focus areas to create effective communications that connect our programs to our business objectives
    •Promoting innovative ways of solving problems: additionally, you will be relied upon to surface opportunities for CSE to drive improvements on behalf of our customers, team and strategy
    •Culture & structure: with your strong strategic track record you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our culture, structure, resources, and scorecard align to our strategic imperatives
    •Presentations & storytelling: with your ability to draw out and distill complex and/or ambiguous business updates into succinct insights for executive presentation materials and speaking notes
    •Portfolio management: we will look at you to support various strategic development ad-hoc requests from the leadership team and key stakeholders


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •You are fascinated by long-term strategic planning, the future state of technology and you have a deep interest in the evolving expectations of consumers
    •You have 4+ years of working knowledge of strategic planning methodologies, strategy frameworks and an understanding of telecommunications, or a broad background in technology would be equally advantageous
    •You have outstanding skills in drafting change management/communication plans, bulletins, presentations, speeches, and other documents
    •You should have a high degree of confidence working directly with VP, SVP level and higher, as you'll be distilling presentations and talk notes to a "C" suite audience
    •As such, it's a given that you'll have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships and the ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
    •An important facet is the ability to demonstrate structured thinking and application to solve problems, as well as an analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills

Great to haves
    •University degree in General Business or Marketing
    •MBA certification
    •Workshop facilitation skills and experience
