You will be joining the Collaborative Health Go-To-Market Team as a Sales Operations Business Analysis Manager, and core team member. Here's how - you will:
•Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support potential customers with a best-in- class experience for all opportunities and leads
•Enhance the performance of the Sales team by reporting on KPIs and working closely with sales leadership team to understand them and inform decision-making
•Support the development and definition of KPIs that will be used to track Sales performance as new products are launched and the business model evolves
•Collect and process data from different sources, synthesizing meaningful and actionable insights
•Develop dashboards for use by executive team for reflecting activities and metrics across sales
•Deliver monthly reports to support reporting requirements both within TELUS Health and Collaborative Health
•Participate in Monthly Business Reviews to present analysis and key insights related to current sales team performance
•Support go-to-market strategy development by contributing to target prioritization, customer segmentation, and battle-card development amongst other activities
•Challenge existing processes to explore opportunities for automation, modernization, and efficiencies; drive implementation of improvement initiatives
•Support the transformation of the system and tools that the sales team uses to ensure smooth enablement of new processes and improved performance
•Contribute to sales target-setting process and payout calculations
•Conduct analysis to inform account allocation and capacity planning decisions
•Support process of gathering feedback from the sales team and translating it to the product team for action
•Lead and participate in special projects and teams to drive business objectives and process improvement
•Help shape a positive, motivated, and forward-thinking culture Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle - you have / are:
•A passion for data and reporting
•A knack for extracting meaningful and actionable insights from data
•3+ years of experience working in an operational effectiveness role at a technology company
•Experience gathering and reporting on sales KPIs in a SaaS environment
•Experience creating data and reports out of Salesforce. Nice to haves:
•Project management experience
•2+ years of experience in healthcare
•Process improvement experience
•Prior experience with implementing new operational technology / processes
