6-month contract Business Analyst working on a pilot project for our global retail client’s e-commerce digital stream.
  • 6 month contract Business Analyst role

  • Great location in downtown Vancouver. 

What & Why: 

Our client is launching phase two of their highly anticipated e-commerce loyalty pilot program. You will be working closely with the business developing the requirements for the digital marketing product. You should have strong experience leading conversations, presenting and whiteboarding and an innate ability to translate technical terms to non-technical stakeholders. Having a background in retail or loyalty programs would be an asset.

They are known for their work life balance and encouragement of a healthy lifestyle. 2017 was one of their most successful years in their 20-year history which has led to them embarking on a number of large-scale global growth initiatives for 2018 and beyond. They are located close to rapid transit downtown.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 5+ years as a BA/Product Owner type role working with digital marketing initiatives
  • Experience working closely with the business and being able to speak non-technically to them
  • Comfortable leading conversations, presenting and whiteboarding. 
  • Experience with any/all of the following would be great
    • e-commerce 
    • Mobile apps
    • Working with customer data
    • Agile/product model
    • Loyalty
    • Retail
