Here's how

As a Business Analyst II on the Non the National Security Enablement - Security Technology Migrations team, your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of successful migration programs for our acquired customers and effectively transition them into the TELUS ecosystem. You will ensure that together we deliver on our business objectives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
    •Support a PMO team to define, steer, and execute a program plan that will enable a winning strategy for integrating security acquisitions across multiple functional teams
    •Contribute in cross-functional initiatives that will drive growth and efficient operational practice across ADT, PA, TCSS, and TELUS
    •Collaborate with all segments of the organization to ensure strategic and transformational initiatives are aligned, while identifying and supporting gaps where required
    •Proactively work with project leads to delivery on time while helping to remove any program roadblocks
    •Assist in the transformation of our end-to-end customer service support model built to scale and support our ambitious growth and cross-sell targets
    •Contribute in the development of the narrative in order to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders
    •Fostering and supporting a high-energy, results-oriented, inclusive work environment that encourages a culture that inspires everyone to give their best to our customers, to our community, to TELUS and ultimately to our shareholders


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •You have a proven success record in delivering bottom line business, people, and customer benefits through your thought leadership and project management experience
    •Through your excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical situations and the ability to speak the language of many different audiences
    •You have proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a convincing track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
    •Understand the importance of change management principles and leverage strategic communication plans/mediums to achieve buy-in and successful execution outcomes
    •Showcase your systematic approach to solving complex problems
    •Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
    •You are passionate about working in a dynamic, high performance culture
    •You're innovative and excited about pioneering a new business for TELUS
    •With your proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Hangouts, etc.)
    •Showcase your thought leadership as empowered by your curiosity and passion for the business while recommending creative ways to deliver bottom line benefits
    •Strong analytical skills with abilities to conduct thorough root cause and fit-gap analysis

Great-to-haves
    •Degree in business or technology e.g. engineering, computer science
    •Knowledge and experience in the home security industry and its business and operational key performance indicators is an asset
    •Knowledge of performance improvement and/or project management methodologies and practices e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.
