Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You will join a small high performing Consumer Health team, and utilize your strong analytical skills to build and evolve the centralized reporting capabilities for our portfolio. This will enable us to make well-informed decisions to continuously grow our business. Your ability to actively assess situations, take initiative and assume ownership of what needs to be done, and prioritize work in a dynamic and high profile environment, will make you a strong addition to our team. You will use your relationship building skills, to collaborate with various partners within the team and across TELUS.

We are looking for someone who is a true utility player and can wear many hats as data expert, project manager, and creative thinker. You have a 'can-do' attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. But most importantly, you have the passion to help transform healthcare for every Canadian and take our business and your career to the next level.

Here's how
    •Collaborate with internal partners to identify, assess and prioritize data analysis and reporting requirements and improve reporting capabilities •Develop and iterate reporting and business intelligence solutions •Monitor critical metrics and performance against targets to actively recommend improvement and suggest corrective actions as situations arise •Assist in forecast and outlook analysis to identify risks and build mitigation plans •Contribute in building and evolving reporting and dashboard roadmap •Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests and other strategic priorities when needed


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Recognized for your ambitious spirit, and drive you are passionate about using data to inform decisions •With proven critical thinking abilities, you use your problem solving and data analysis skills to find opportunities and recommend improvements for the business •Known for your data analytics experience, you are fluent in using data analytics tools, excel, and tools such as Domo and Tableau to build reports and visualization •With a knack for adapting to a changing environment, you thrive in an ambiguous environment and can pivot when needed and handle conflicting priorities

    •Experience with database, SQL and VBA scripting •Experience in sales, marketing and/or product management environment •Experience in working with data sources from TELUS systems or other complex systems •A bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
