The role of Business Analyst I is required in a fast paced customer experience environment where we are supporting customers and end users of our TELUS Health Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
The successful candidate must be a strong, creative, and analytical thinker with superior documentation, presentation, and planning skills and must enjoy daily interaction with team members and external clients.Here's how
•Design and implement simple solutions in order to solve complex business problems
•Gather and document business requirements
•Actively participate in project team meetings and lead when necessary
•Define, recommend, and build opportunities to automate or streamline existing processes
•Participant at regular customer experience meetings and business unit meetings
•Develop and produce documentation to support customer experience initiatives and implementations Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Knowledge of contact center operations
•Workforce management experience including scheduling and forecasting
•Proven ability to collect requirements and document business processes and client requirements
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•Experience leading quality assurance (QA) programs
•Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
•Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change
•Strong analytical problem identification and problem solving skills
•Strong customer focus
•Capable and willing learner who proactively researches solutions to business challenges
•Highly proficient in using Microsoft (MS) Excel, Visio, and Access
•University degree or related college diploma in Health Science, Computer Science, or Business/Commerce
•3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
•1-2 years of client facing experience Great-to-have
