ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized client experience aligned with the Rolls-
    Royce standard of excellence
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clientele, ensuring a
    discreet, consultative, and bespoke purchase experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives through disciplined pipeline
    management and relationship development
  • Maintain impeccable follow-up and client communication standards throughout the
    ownership journey
  • Execute flawless vehicle handovers that reflect the craftsmanship and exclusivity of
    the brand
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all current and future product offerings,
    specifications, bespoke options, and brand heritage
  • Collaborate seamlessly with leadership and cross-functional departments to
    ensure an elevated guest experience at every touchpoint
  • Support dealership processes that drive exceptional customer satisfaction and
    operational excellence
  • Participate in training, department meetings, and ongoing professional
    development
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in luxury, ultra-luxury, or high-touch consultative sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • A polished, professional presence with strong emotional intelligence and discretion
  • The ability to engage confidently with discerning clientele and deliver a highly
    personalized experience
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and decision-making capability
  • Proficiency with CRM and computerized reporting systems
  • A valid British Columbia VSA License (or ability to obtain)
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a clean driving record
