Reporting to the IT Manager, your main responsibilities will be delivering high quality, cost effective solutions to all levels of users both remotely and desk-side. Providing friendly, courteous, technical support through phone, email for 300+ business users. As part of the team you will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure and you will be responsible for identifying issues and taking preventative action to ensure business continuity. Providing first and second level support to end users in a large law firm. Setting up and looking after all hardware, software and application problems. You will be trained on firm owned application software. You will be tasked with deployment and maintenance of computers, laptops, HP printers, phones, monitors and audio-visual equipment such as cameras, projectors, audio systems, dealing with multimedia technical needs for video conferences. Set up all aspects of video conferences including call set up, training end users, troubleshooting and following up on escalations. Testing hardware equipment and software applications and accurately documenting results.
