We are currently looking for a Associate, Administrative Systems to join our team in Surrey, BC. The Associate, Administrative Systems is responsible for maintaining the data integrity of our clients across all system platforms.
Within the first 30 days you will
Builds and supports teamwork
Review of training material and resources as it pertains to systems and processes
Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn new skills and improve existing skills
Prompt, accurate and professional client service delivery
Basic system coding with peer review
Commence the CEBS E-Learning courses
Within the first 60 days you will
Can easily determine which department at GHG is responsible for specific lines of business/functions
Working understanding of WEBS and CRM systems
Working understanding of GroupHEALTH product offering
Within the first 90 days you will
Completion of the four CEBS E-Learning courses within the first year of employment
Steading progress month over month with system understanding and coding
Consistent achievement of reaching a target SLA of 90% and developing promoters of GroupHEALTH
Identify a raving fan of your WOW! service within first 90 days

Working within a special project team to follow detailed process checklist, ensuring renewal code changes are correctly applied to all internal systems
Codes plan design amendments in conjunction with renewal code changes
Compiles source data, verifies accuracy, documents processes, and sorts information according to priorities
Tracks process of amendments / renewals and provides status updates to the team as required
Processes daily Administrative duties as assigned through Admin inbox
Performs other duties as assigned by Management
Education & Experience
High School Diploma required and some post-secondary education.
2+ years of customer Service experience in an office or professional services environment required
GBA or CEBS courses/designation an asset
