Remote Data Entry Clerk
Location: Remote (Canada)

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to assist with inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate information into our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work setting, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, or other electronic formats with precision and efficiency.
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and re-entering corrected data as necessary.
- Update existing data and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by following policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of data management practices and methods.
