You are a charismatic leader with a passion for bringing out the best in your store leaders and their teams! Your ability to flex between engaging teams while maximizing store performances will ensure success as you oversee our locations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Furthermore, you will showcase your creative and collaborative skills as you work with sales and channel teams to rollout industry leading marketing programs and events.

    •Create and nurture a high-performance sales culture, driving amazing customer experiences and team engagement
    •Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, maximize profitability, and ensure operational excellence
    •Engage and give back to your community through team volunteerism and charitable giving programs
    •Coach, train, and develop your team's sales and customer service skills, and career opportunities
    •Collaboratively deliver on TELUS' overall sales, service, marketing, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies
    •Monitor competitive activity


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple store locations and/or senior management experience
    •Recognized for your track record of leading and developing engaged teams
    •Passionate about best-in-class customer experiences
    •Great motivational and communication skills
    •Excellent attention to detail
    •Able to translate your business acumen into goals and action
    •Skilled in creative problem solving informed by solid insights and analysis
    •Praised for cultivating relationships
    •Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
    •With a valid driver's license and vehicle

This opportunity entails frequent travel to all of our Saskatchewan and Manitoba locations and includes adhering to retail hours of operation.
