As an Account Executive, your role is accountable for developing and managing the strategic account strategy for a set of key major/enterprise accounts. This position is responsible for developing and driving the account strategy, building strategic alliances, and executive relationship management within TELUS Health Pharmacy Line of Business' large enterprise customers.
•Initiate, develop & maintain relationship with key decision-makers at top ("C") level of client organizations
•Develop account strategy for a group of key named national accounts, oversee the preparation of deal plans & lead large complex deals with internal & partner teams
•Negotiate & enter into contractual agreements in accordance with TELUS' Policy and procedures
•Analyse customer needs, drive opportunities for increasing revenue through a thorough understanding of customer business and market opportunities
•Provide accurate, relevant and timely management information on the performance metrics (i.e. sales funnel) in order to facilitate effective territory planning and forecasting
•Work with the Client to build their business plans in support of both the Client & TELUS Health strategic objectives Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle

•Pharmacy Market Expert - understands the Pharmacy and Retail industry and the Canadian Healthcare System

•Innovative - Creates new ways to improve client satisfaction through applying knowledge of market trends to generate sales.
•Proposes deals that are strategic in nature with significant impact to TELUS Health' business
•Focused on customers- Evolves TELUS Health' client segmentation to competitive advantage
•Collaborates across organization to provide customized, converged client solutions
•Guides the implementation of client solutions that incorporate long-term vision and relationship
•Communicator -Recognized by clients as providing valuable counsel and leadership on issues and challenges
•Communicates often and effectively, ensuring corporate and strategic business messages are cascaded to business and community leaders
•Negotiator - Negotiates cross-unit, cross-geography, internally and externally to achieve client/corporate goals
•Influences others in situations that involve; significant change, conflict about sensitive/ambiguous issues, or have no defined solution precedence Professional accreditation or certification
•University degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Commerce or Engineering Required experience:
•At least 10 years experience in senior level sales management including full spectrum of communications and data products /services/solutions
•Healthcare and/or retail industry experience and knowledge
